Seperate EM2040 and EM710 by Frequency

A rough script that allows separation of EM2040 and EM710 data by frequency/pulse mode (allfreq.py). It works recursively on a directory structure such as the raw data structure. The new version of Fledermaus combined with calibrations should eliminate the need for this, but I’m not sure how other ships are sorting through this if they want to separate backscatter mosaics. This one has to be run from the console at the moment, but is pretty simple.

This could be useful for other ships and is being added to the new Beta category in Pydro for testing and feedback.
