Rename FFF Images

This program is designed to help with image naming conventions in Final Feature File and their associated images.

These parameters are required for operation:

1. The survey’s Final Feature File (ex. H12345_FFF.000) or other S-57 (.000)
2. The survey’s Multimedia folder or folder that contains associated images

3. Optional parameter: A Destination folder to send all the modified files.

   • If this field is left blank, all modified files will populate in their original folders

Notes:

1. These steps are taken to protect the original data from corruption and are useful for verification purposes:
   • This program does not overwrite the existing FFF or images. It instead creates copies of the FFF and images following the naming conventions within the same folders that the original files were found.
   • If the optional Destination folder is provided, the new FFF and related images will be moved to the Destination Folder
2. Surveys using the HTD 2018-4 bottom sample naming convention HXXXXX_SBDARE_YYYYMMDDThhmmss.jpg will be recognized and will not be changed.
