Script for Find Fliers Find Fliers script was designed to automate the Find Fliers tool in QC Tools for the purposes of the National Bathymetric Source (NBS) project. The user selects a root input folder and the tool will drill down through sub-folders to find the BAGs. The tool selects a flier height by calculating the TVU value from the shallowest depth of that BAG. The script runs the Gaussian Curvature, Adjacent Cells, and Edge Slivers options in flier finder. The user selects the output location where the following outputs will be stored: 1) At the root of the output folder a text file that indicates the number of BAGs that were processed, the number of BAGs that contained fliers (along with their file location, the flier height used, and total number of fliers), and the number of BAGs that could not be processed (along with their file location). 2) Inside individual survey folders two S-57 output files for fliers which can be displayed as a sounding or a bluenote.
