Caris Benchmarking Tool V2.0

This tool, in conjunction with the CARIS batch engine, will allow you to benchmark and produce useful statistics regarding your current hardware. You must have Caris 9.x installed and licensed for you to use this tool.

THIS TOOL MUST BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE OFFICIAL DATASET! CONTACT HSTB (eric.g.younkin@noaa.gov) TO GET THAT DATA!

The Caris Benchmarking tool uses Python’s PSUTIL library to collect statistical information regarding system utilization. As an output, you will receive: - data in csv and a log in the output folder (folder is in the dataset) - performance graphs - metrics
