Script for Empty Uncertainty
Designed to aid in the National Bathymetric Source (NBS) project, this script scans submitted BAGs to
ensure that they contain a valid Uncertainty layer (that it is not 0.0 or null).
The user selects a root input older location for the BAGs and the script will search through all sub-folders.
The user designates an output location where a text file will be saved. This text file includes the total number of BAGs
successfully processed, the number of BAGs processed that did not contain an uncertainty layer, and
which BAGs were unable to be processed due to a crash.
The output also indicates the file location of all BAGs that do not have uncertainty and which crashed.
