Fix Permissions Error
This program will REQUIRE ADMINISTRATIVE PRIVELEDGES.
There is a possible problem with the update from 18.1 to 18.4 where a few files get their permissions set to administrator only. This program will reset them to all-users as they should have been. It does not happen on all machines in all cases but if Sound Speed Manager or QCTools2 (or other program) fails to run with an "Access Denied" error then this will solve the problem.
This will launch a batch file that will ask for administrator priveledges. It will then create a Console, change the permissions then exit. There will be no lasting output or user interface/interaction after the admin rights are granted.
